Scenario-based Sales Training
Techniques in Customer Discovery is a fictional sales training that is the second course of a larger curriculum. ChatGPT was used to outline needed pre-requisites, options for other modalities, assessments, and evaluation strategies.

My main focus was to play with video elements and Storyline's new AI voiceover to make a branching scenario for computer sales. I included varying point options to encourage the learner to repeat the course for a better score. PLEASE NOTE: I was using the trial version of Storyline and I was not able to fine tune some elements in the time I had. Below are links to my process.
Wine Training
I used my WSET certification and background in wine sales to design a comic strip and microlesson on California wine regions.  Storytelling, hot spots, map interaction, characters, and assessments were some of the strategies used in order to engage the learner.
